Back in the mid '60s I used to go to folk clubs in and around Reading, and Mike Cooper was a regular on the circuit. We'd all be packed into a small, smoke filled room in the back of the pub within touching distance of the artists. Wow that brings back some BAD memories.

 

I couldn't listen to this song for many years but just recently (2-3 years) I can occasionally listen to it.

 

Same with this one (LONG story) from a Singer who just recently passed away (RIP) but still a lovely song.

 

 

A song (especially this Woodstock Version) which I don't dare to put on when driving my car (except maybe on the German Autobahn :) )

 

 

 

Edit: The Original version (Recorded live at Woodstock) is 11+ Min and this only a mere 6. The fantastic Drum Solo was edited out (such a shame)
