Which Websites Does Your Tilac Like To Surf Online

Featured Replies

i recently bought my tilac a netbook for her birthday and as she is new to the computer world i would like some info on which websites thais like to visit...she likes youtube but i am particularily looking for thai language websites for her..........any info much appreciated

Thai Rath online newspaper: Thai Rath Newspaper

we're a 52km round-trip to buy a newspaper and get a 'real' copy once a week, otherwise my partner reads this site most days.

I wish I could read Thai - she often translates articles for me when I see a photo of interest.

Appears to give good global sports coverage, entertainment (super stars!) news, and lately an ongoing series on the history of BMW motorcycles . . . something for everyone!

It also seems to have 'gory pic of the day' as the print version does - far more graphic than the Bangkok Post.

and . . . the word tilac in thread title? seen it as teerak, tirac, my good old Eng-Thai dictionary has it as thee rak . . . I have never heard this word spoken, yet it gets used on web forums regularly. Do people really call each other this? I asked my partner and she just pulled a face then said an exaggerated 'yes darling' a word she doesn't normally use.

What have i missed here?

Thai lovelinks ?????

Pleeeeeese, Good choice for a female Durrrrrrrrrrr:lol:

Your partner could also check out www.ethaimusic.com for a decent collection of Thai music. The thing I like most about this site is: many songs come with Thai lyrics, transliterations and English translations - it might even be interesting for yourself if you're interested in learning a bit of Thai
