That, and many more things...so, I am now kicking myself in the a** for not doing them...or in some cases, for actually doing them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My next door neighbor had an interesting comment last week. He said he would love to build a new house in Thailand so he can do everything right this time...now that he knows what to do!

You for sure had that luxury...and yours came out FANTASTIC!

No problems in East Pattaya (at least on NPW) despite the hours of heavy downpours.

And that's about the only thing you have going for you over there on The Dark Side! :D
