I need a couple of passport size photos for a trip to Vietnam. Are there any of those photo booths that you put in a couple bucks and get a few photos in a couple minutes? I'm sure I saw one somewhere, just can't remember where.

Not as far as i've seen, I went to kodec on 2nd floor of market village last year, for passport photos. Was quick, cheap and better then the machines.

Most of the photo and copying services on Phetkasem Road (look for the big "Kodak" signs) do passport, driver's license, and visa photos in a room in the back. They take the photo with the size and background you need and they're ready in ten to fifteen minutes.

I'm sure there is/was that type of machine in the supermarket on the tourist police station road [the supermarket next to Western Tours]

Otherwise the Kodak shop directly opposite the Hilton has a room at the back for photos, 6 pics for 100 baht.
