But, maybe you're right and the pic was in Bandar Seri Begawan since Brunei (as a Sultanate) is kind of a country....not a city.

the pic is of the biggest mosque in Brunei ( Jame'asr Hassana), on the outskirts of the capital of Bandar Seri Begawan.

I think it is sometimes called Brunei City, so same same.
