Nutha easy one.

Right continent, but LOOOOOONNNNG way away.

I would normally say it was Anchorage, Alaska except I don't want to have a turn right now.

Sorry to be so long, a bit stuffed at the m'.

Wotcha mean? "Ya don't have a turn?"

Anchorage is correct, said it was easy.

Gofrit, friend,

Is the building in the foreground a border crossing or something more mundane like a ticket office for a ferry docking at the thing that looks like a causeway or long jetty leading off to the right?

The tower is a restored part of a fort built hundreds of years ago to protect the port. I think it is as mundane as a restaraunt and tourist photo site these days.

The city is on the med and nowhere near a border. The other structure mentioned is just a breakwater for the port.

ZPete,

I think your post No. 5726 in this thread might be a good hint for you. You may have already been to this place.

It's not Antalya

I thought if he googled that he might come up with the picture in this link, which would narrow it down a bit.

As you obviously know the answer, why don't you just identify it yourself Boksida?

I'm going to be traveling for a few days so I don't know if I can help with any hints if I post a new one. Thought I would give somebody else a shot.

Bodrum........

Sure looks like Antalya

It's not Bodrum.

It is, however, within 120 kms of Antalya and has a similar sounding name.

The link provided by Boksida, in post no.5810, is misleading, as it has the incorrect city name on a picture of the featured city.

.

Alanya, Turkey.

Maybe Zpete should have my turn as I feel I won it by default.

Far too many clues................ :o
