I'm going next week (tue 3rd) to get my non imm b visa, i'm on a tight schedule with time and need to be back fast.

What time are the opening hours for visa submission?

How long before I can collect it after submitting the paperwork and what are collection opening hours?

Any holidays next week?

however, 5-10days for visa??? Friday is a holiday and it says min 2 working days, so that means if I hand it in Tuesday I can get it Thursday or do have to wait till Monday?

Visa is issued next workday afternoon. But be sure you have all the documents as Singapore is very strict.
