I want a mature lady, preferably about 45 plus, who knows her way around Chiang Rai.

She doesn't have to be fluent in English, but some fluency would help. Let's say, about 30 words would be good. I am not frightening, either. I am pretty good at speaking Thaiglish and I know the word sanuk.

The car can be as beat-up as all hell: the car is not an issue.
