I know how to make a hole in the bathroom wall tiles to allow a water outlet pipe through, but I'd like to cover the ugly edges. Is there anything available to do that job?

You can buy or make the pipe hole covers

for use before you install the pipes

If you have already installed the pipes ,in the west there is a split cover system, but I am not sure if they are available in Thailand.

if you cant find the split system , cut one side of the flange, twist it open and try to push it over the pipe with out bending it too much

Actually every tap I have bought in Thailand has a normal wall cover. Most times I don't bother to use as not an issue (outside taps). Suspect dedicated hardware stores may have for sale if you do not need a new tap.
