Garcinia Cambogia -- In My Experience, This Stuff Really Works

Featured Replies

Stock up on food you don't like.  Then when you are hungry and go to the fridge you will look at the food (in my case fish, strong tasting fishy curry, boring old ham sandwich etc), and they you will realise you are not that hungry after all and not eat anything.

You can then only eat the nasty food when you get really hungry... and then not eat a lot of it as you don't like it.

Also replace any high calorie snacks with cucumbers.

After a few days of that you will get less of the craving to eat junk food and high calorie snacks.
