Running a small business with MD and 1 worker, and very little in way of VAT or expenditure items, what is a fair price?

Not sure what you mean. If you are a Thai person, you'll have your contacts. If you are a foreigner, you'll have at least four employees, otherwise you won't have a work permit and thus you won't be working.

mine gets 5000 per month no employees and seems like i do all the work lol. She files vat and all invoices monthly also does that 3% thingy that you have to give some vendors cant remember what its called.

I doubt you'll find anyone cheaper then that to do your monthly books. I shopped and found most of these so called accountants just want to do falang company books for house ownership.
