Hezbollah terrorists sneaking into Thailand

4-16-2014-11-56-02-AM-wpcf_728x413.jpg

BANGKOK: -- Three members of a Hezbollah terror cell have been exposed in Thailand, where they reportedly were scouting out Israeli and western sites in preparation for an attack.

According to report published Tuesday by the Israeli National News, Arutz Sheva 7, it quoted “Stop 910″, a website that collects information on terror cells in eastern Asia, as reporting that the cell was discovered in Thailand, and displaying pictures of three members who had been spying on Israeli sites.

Arutz Sheva 7 , also a broadcast television station in Beit El, Israel, said the three terrorists include Youssef Ayad, a Shi’ite Muslim from the Phillipines working under Hezbollah’s international arm, along with two Lebanese citizens, Daoud Farhat and Bilal Bahsoun.

Information is being sought regarding the three, as the site notes that they have yet to be arrested.

Thailand is popular tourist destination for Israelis, particularly for young Israelis who tend to take time off to travel the world after completing their IDF (Israeli Defense Forces) service.

However, the Southeast Asian region has become problematic in terms of terrorism, given the ease with which local passports are forged and their common usage.

Further, there are large numbers of migrants from Lebanon and Iran in the region who can enlisted to aid in terror activities.

The Lebanese-based terror group Hezbollah has been increasing its attacks on Israel recently.
March was a particularly active month, as the group placed a bomb on the Israeli border in an attempt to kidnap IDF soldiers.

Hezbollah vowed revenge earlier in February, after the IDF took out a transfer of advanced missiles to the terror group from Syria in an air strike.

Unfortunately, Thailand and its corruption is exactly the type of place where terror cells thrive and multiply. Oh we're just keeping this here, and that over there. No need to be concerned. It's all for commercial purposes. Here's some baht as part of our profit to show good faith. That you for letting us stay here and work on our private business.

Western targets could be so many places. Like any McDonalds or Starbucks.Yes of course many nationalities in there, but such places are SYMBOLS of American culture. Obviously tourism attractions where there are many westerners.

Have no fear, Charlem will go into disguise and these guys will be toast in three days.

Chalerm disguise.jpg

Off topic I know, but where is old chalerm these days? He's been awfully quiet of late.

Busy packing his money and luggage to go and meet his policeman friend in Dubai.

You wish.

If they are after Isrealis, then Koh Phangan could be a target. Many Isrealis go there for the Full Moon Party every month and hang a round.

Remember Bali? I really hope that the Thai authorities understand that this kind of trouble is very bad for business.

Good job that Israel and Thailand have a good relationship. ElAL have been flying to BKK for many years. Many moan about Thailand but on the whole as a nation they are friendly, half the time it is the dumb foreigners that fall for the young lady's smiles and then moan when they lose their money.

The soft target is Nana - full of westerners, a fairly closed environment..... surprised it has not already been targeted.... In Europe or North America the soft target might be a train station, but here it would be that location.

There are thousands of soft targets in Thailand to go after westerners. Israelis, more limited, but plenty of those too. This is a real threat.

You have no proof but lets us look at South Thailand that is what they are here for to help and give advice

How many Teachers Police and Army dies already why not Hezbollah involved in the South.

Besides the usual soft targets mentioned above, other targets could be all these Israeli property developers in Pattaya driving around in their Maseratis and Bentleys - it's not like they keep a low profile. I was always told it was absolutely stupid to flaunt your money as a Farang in Thailand, it attracts attention from the wrong people.

Different Muslims (Hezbollah is Shia, South Thailand is mostly Sunni).

Also, they don't speak the same lingo.

And on top - Hezbollah got no interest to start a front with Thailand. They're more interested in hitting Israeli and USA related targets. Killing all the infidels isn't that high on their list of things to do.

Thailand and the vast majority of the world vote with Palestine at the UN.

Just who believes Israeli News agencies? They have been spying on Israeli sites? In Thailand? Hezbollah are the defenders of Lebanon who successfully defeated the Israeli invaders. They were only recently declared terrorists by the EU, and that was under US pressure as the Hezbollah fought the Al Qaeda in Syria. Don't fall for the Zionist media . Research.

USA, Canada, Australia...

The EU had a decision on this since 2005, made binding 2013 - after the terrorist attack in Bulgaria (2012).

Hezbollah isn't all that popular in Lebanon right now, something to do with siding with Assad.

Kinda doubt they'll mount a terror attack to blow a single Maserati.

Normally they look for targets with a wee more Israelis around. As pointed out, there isn't a shortage of these in Thailand.
