In March I reported that True Move H Intersims would only advance 3 months in front and not the year claimed.

Having now topped up on 4th occasion the validity now only moves forward one day again so have spot on 3 months ago only and wanted to get it up to 6 months or so so to avoid any possible loss of number.

Can I extend it any other way ?? Please dont post links to true claiming one year because it simply isnt !!

I know it seems like I am stating the obvious, but have you tried to call their customer service? I don't have experience with True Move. However, I was in this situation a long time ago with AIS. I was able to call them and extend my validity when I was going to be out of the country for 5 months. They had no problems doing it. I would hope True would do the same thing especially if you can demonstrate that you are a long-time customer.

Yes probably will do that now. You may like to note the other similar thread in which I just commented (which I hadn't noticed originally) whereby I have tried the automated *934# Call feature to extend the vaildity for 30 days for 3 Baht plus vat.....

It takes the 3 baht no problem but doesn't extend the validity !!

They seem to be outside most 7/11s in Pattaya/Jomtien. Dont know about elsewhere.

Some machines either arent in English or charge more than 2B or dont have touchscreens so I would avoid those.

Rang True today and they confirmed that the Tourist Intersims given out at Arrival Gates will only advance up to 90 days.

That explains why on first 3 top ups it shoots forward a month each time but thereafter only up to the maximum 90 days

My TrueH SIM is not a tourist SIM as dispensed at airports. Even so that code did not increase my validity even though I was charged for it.
