Monk arrested for historical case of sexually assaulting a minor

PATTAYA: -- On Thursday Night a team of Pattaya Police Officers arrested a 41 year old Monk wanted on an 8 year old arrest warrant which states he is wanted in connection with the sexual assault of a minor aged under 15.

The warrant is dated 6th August 2007 and authorizes the arrest of Khun Chockchai who eluded capture one month ago after Police went to the Nong Jab Dow Temple in Na-Jomtien in search of him but he disappeared.
