Dear all.

I have literally never swung a club other than pitch and putt when I was a kid.

I've got lots of friends that fancy themselves as good, so before I make a fool of myself I figure I should get some help.

I live in Bangkok (Suk). I don't mind paying for lessons etc. but don't want to pay a fortune.

Recommendations on how and where to get started would be much appreciated.

You could try to contact a teacher at a driving range, I used to go to the range at RCA years ago. Others here may give you advice on other ranges dependent on you location in Sukhumwit. They probably have clubs you could rent.
