As you can see and you can Google it yourself Coconut Water has 0 grams of Cholesterol in 100 gram bottle . It is a clear liquid not the same as coconut milk  which looks like milk and is high in calories

Maybe true, but for the first few million years, you got your minerals with the water.  Along with your bacteria and other nasties.  Not so much today.

 

Besides, what was the average life expectancy for that period?    Evolution and natural selection was only helpful through your breeding years.  Beyond about 25 years old, it wasn't so helpful.  I'll take some un-natural help to stay healthy into old age.
