December 27, 20169 yr Well, is that a Honda Wave? Hondas do hold up their value, unlike some competitors. (I've got a 2015 Yamaha Spark for sale. 7/2015, <9 k km, frequent oil changes and some longer tours. Countless short trips are terrible for an engine while Mobil Oil's BMW ran 1,000.000 miles in a few years. The cold start is responsible for >90% of an engine's wear & tear). Look at the owner, not just the bike. FSH? Full service history? Oil changes? Service at the dealer is very cheap over here. Does your seller have a service history? I would recommend a compression test. It's quick and will tell you a lot about that engine Tyres, chain, shocks? Factor in replacement cost. I wanted to switch to a well known brand. Ended up just replacing the IRC inner tubes as they lost air pdq. A friend got YSS shocks and likes them. 41 k won't be a big deal when the driver did longer distances, too. But 41 k of runs in the town are not so great.
