Anyone else on the Eastern Seaboard having net problems today? My connection on fibre has been up/down/up/down all day.

We're in Bangkok but TOT has been giving me problems with international bandwidth for a few days, test to BKK = full bandwidth, test offshore = pitiful

I am on TOT fiber to home here in Ban Chang and my international bandwidth has been really poor now for at least 2 weeks. Some days OK some days poor never the same 2 days in a row. Local speeds are super.

Seems to have improved a bit this morning.

My net was working well for about an hour or so this morning from 730 to 830 and then buffering continuously now. International traffic must have picked up in that hour.
