Bewildering Wild Mushrooms are Available in the Markets

CityNews – Bewildering wild mushrooms and bamboo shoots continue to be sold in the local markets due to the recent continuous rains, increasing daily income for local vendors up to a thousand baht.

 

In this green season, farmers collect wild products from the woods in the very early morning, starting from 1am, before selling them at the morning markets. This year it was reported on September 11th that local markets especially in Doi Saket and near Mae Kuang Dam are filled with wild mushrooms and bamboo shoots selling from 20 to 50 baht per plate.

Only if you are poor, if rich and influential,you can take over public land

and turn it into private land.

On the pic it shows beautiful orange mushroom called "Girolles", they are delicious and expensive to buy on market in EU.
