Well I do not rate them highly after a recent flight to Samui. Besides paying top dollar (baht) for the privileged of going to the island, the terminal gate was in the dungeon, had to be bused to the plane and the seating was tighter than any budget airline I have been on.

 

It is definitely not one of the top 10 airlines in the world.

Perhaps I've been luck but I've had great service on every flight I've taken with them, better than many flights I've had with BA and Air France for example.
