I GOT MY new computer screen in usa sent from china I think its kinda fragile.  I think the fee in usa to put screen on computer is 80 bucks......I will bet in bkk the fee will be 30 bucks or 35 bucks.  is it worth it for me to bring screenover to bkk risking it breaking on airplane carry on ( i will be careful) or just have it installed in usa

  • I'd sure hate to get all the way to Thailand, then find out that the part I needed was specific to a US model and not stocked in Thai shops.   BTW, if you do decide to get it done in Thailan

  • You are right that labor is cheaper in Thailand and parts are cheaper in the US. Personally id fix it in the US as there is more availability of stuff. I might be wrong its up to you in the end.

  • It is Fortune Town and a huge hotel/shopping center/office tower at corner of Rachada/Rama 9 (on subway route - stop right outside).  The computer area are the two floors above Tesco Lotus area at Nor

Suspect best to do in USA even if costs a bit more as should be guaranteed service.  Also kind of hard to prove your computer is not a terrorist device if not working.
