Here we go. Protect public health so we all get to live to a ripe old age then start moaning that people live too long and are a burden..

That's quite probably just your own personal circumstance ?

Look forward to watching this unfold. Who is going to police this? The only coppers I ever see are those at the side of the super highway trying to fine as many farang as possible. Not once have a seen a Bobby on the beat.

Maybe they don't have Bobbies in Thailand ????

Kudos on promoting public health, but ........but..........

will I get arrested if I  sang "I am sexy and I know it"? :cheesy::cheesy::cheesy:

If it can be proven that you sing so bad, that the environment will hurt or posing a health risk to people. Yeah, then the answer to your question will be yes.

Emissions control of polluting vehicles would be a better way to protect public health.

And outside condos? Did I ready that correctly? So, you smokers can't have a puff on your balcony anymore.. LOL. That's just funny.

I know you were joking, but this to me is actually the most serious issue with second hand smoke, and it is hard to find solutions.

I completely believe in "a man's home is his castle" philosophy. But, condos seem to be quite "drafty" for lack of a better word. Balcony cig smoke, or even interior cig smoke, can snake its way through holes, into hallways and right into the condos of others.

Better insulation is the best answer, but as we all know won't solve the problem completely.

Stay on topic! Plenty of road death threads

You think dying of second hand smoke is a good thing?

What topic? 5 meters radius? Oh ok.
