If not, a disproportional amount of votes could help people through from a smaller group, who might not have been there, if the voting was level across the field? Looking at your lists I can see 4-5 in 1 list that I'd like to see in the next round and none on the other list. You may want to play with those lists a bit. Maybe consult Jingthing.
