AIS-No more unlimited pkgs?

Featured Replies

I too have AIS "unlimited" it costs me 700 baht per month but after 2 weeks it throttles back dramatically. Is there a workaround or just pay my account again.

Unlimited 10 Mbps has gone up to 300 baht with DTAC and Truemove H. Perhaps 349 with AIS. For the moment. Next month may bring a new promo.

  • What I've found is that all of these so-called "unlimited" packages are really false advertising. From what I've seen, all of those packages come with a set limit of data for which you get the full sp

  • Since I don't work with the networks, I cannot know the answer to your question.   Just go to the orange machines outside 7/11 or Family Mart and top up 12 baht as many times as it takes to

I've stopped posting codes because of ungrateful and unpleasant people.

Well, I'm grateful even though I didn't get to use one this time. I found some 3 month codes. I'll try those out when I need to re-up.

  • 4 Mbps 3 months *777*7398# 1284 baht

  • 10 Mbps 3 months *777*7399# 1926 baht

I am certainly grateful for your help. I would never have found the perfect package for me if it hadn't been for you. Thank you!

What a horrible waste of money. A shame, as no one really understood about what you were asking. You referred only to a WiFi package. Which is something different entirely.

One option you have, is to pick up a new AIS 4G SIM and within seven days of opening, add say 250 baht and then apply the code *777*909#

That will get you 110 GB per month, capped at 4 Mbps(0.5 MB/s) for 200 baht per month.

If you need full speed Internet, you can buy a cheaper 'unlimited' package, say the one for 213 baht per month(1 GB and then slowing down) and then use the add on system, which allows you to buy more GB at preferential rates.

This way, instead of paying 699 + VAT for say 6 GB of data which then slows down. You pay 199 baht + VAT and then apply Add ons;

2.png.2a0c98ee28a3bf66a123bf6e5cbb8f8d.png

In this example, you can purchase the original 'unlimited' package for 199 and then purchase two add-ons, fifteen days apart. 13 GB instead of 6 GB for 199 + 149 + 149.

497 baht + VAT as opposed to 699 baht + VAT.

That is just one example. It really depends on your likely usage.

Of course if your SIM was activated before the end of January, you can use the codes in Syke's post, if they suit.

Those codes should be usable, at the least, until the end of August.

Somebody want to help me here?

I got my SIM in 2018 and had 6 month unlimited. Then I went to the US and am on my way back next week.

My MyAis tells me that I am valid until 5/13/2020 for my Pro 30 Kum Lung Dee plan that I signed up for on 3/15/19.

I see that they still have 6 month internet plans. Can I get one of those, or am I limited or what? I need the most and the fastest and I dont want to be messing with stuff every month. I dont stream.

I was just going to grab a few days of net using my balance and go to the VIP AIS store in the EmQuartier but if I can save a trip, the help would be appreciated.

AIS still has the 6 months for 600bht package.

It's just capped at 7.5GB fast speed, then slows down.

I just renewed yesterday, I let the AIS shop girl type in the numbers.

I only use it for mapping/line/messenger, I don't need bulk data at speed.

You can buy the add-on yourself using the MyAIS app, or online in their store.

So take a rest. When you wake up, maybe you'll understand the mistakes that you have made.

You can either correct your post or take note of the advice that I have given to you...twice.

You seem to really not understand anything.

I'm off to do my training. Let me know if you have an epiphany....or at least enough nous to clarify what it is that you actually want.

Good package if you don't need too much data and use the apps you mention. 1 mbps isn't fast though. I have the 1mbps 12 month unlimited data package 1800 baht. I use about 30gb a month due to all the podcasts and radio i listen to

How do you get the 1800 baht unlimited package? Sorry, with all the bickering I'm getting a bit confused here. Thanks to everyone who has contributed.

You start with a SIM that was purchased before the 1st of Feb 2019. if you don't have, you cannot get.

Unfortunately you have to suffer some bickering here in order to get the codes.

If he doesn't have the requisite SIM, he'll be somewhat pissed off after adding 1800 baht.

Correct I assume he read your previous post

So yesterday I loaded up my Ais Sim with 1800 baht and can vouch that the 1mbps unlimited data for 12 months is still available for people with sim registered before Feb 2019 as reported by Jamjar.

Thanks for the answers. I have a sim that was registered a year ago. Is there also such a plan for 4mbps? If so, what is the price and code?

My sim expires the 23rd, tomorrow. Can I do the new package today or do I need to wait for a specific day? Thanks in advance for all the help so far and for any answers to the last couple questions.

There is 4mbps but only for 3 months @ 1284 baht

I ended up going with their 4Mbs 20 GB/month 2500 baht for one year plan. I know of no code for this, I went into their office and had them do it for me. The cost was exactly 2500--VAT inclusive. My usage for the last 30 days has been a 3 or 4 GB so I should be good to go with this package.

You could do it yourself using the my ais app which the guy installed on my phone. You could also do it yourself on the website I'm guessing. I went in just to make sure if there were any mistakes that there would be witnesses, and because the office is conveniently located for me.

Edit: By the by, I installed a speedtest app on my phone and speeds have been as advertised.

If you are only using 3-4gb a month you will probably find the 1mbps 7.5gb a month for 1200 baht a year is good enough. I switched from 4mbps to 1mbps and it's fine
