The police, if they could be bothered, could hit 99% of bike riders everyday with those same charges...

Why don't they ??

They will do but not in Pattaya.

I pay 200 bath for not having helmet

I pay 400 bath for not wearing safety Belt

I pay 600 Bath for stopping on the Zebra line

Not necessarely, I met a guy on the Mae On - Chiang Mai road with a big bike doing this at 80-90 km/h (no traffic though) . Probably a farang considering he wore a full-face helmet, gloves, proper boots and leathers. Perhaps a tvf member?

There are such a lot of back roads, where one can practice "motorcycle arts". It definitely does not have to be down town or in heavy traffic. If you want to show off, wait for your next local motorcycle event. Some folks never learn.

I believe that such people jam coins in the mechanism.

Rooster

Back in the days of yore all motorcycle throttles could be set to stay open with a screw method.

It's a common sight in CM of 2 even 3 Thai-Yai boys on a bike blasting full speed down the road, barely in control.....an accident waiting to happen.

Joy killers all of you!!!! You all were obviously born 80 years old! I thought he was a cool kid doing a cool stunt!

His problem is that he's Burmese, is all.

I wouldn't want to be the new guy on the job who has to get in there to unclog a jam.
