With all the experience we have at Thai Visa about this subject I would have assumed the boys here would have known the answer as to why they didn't see ant law breaking. Dancing naked isn't a crime nor is someone buying you a drink. They have to see money being exchanged for a sexual act that is prostitution, more than likely no sex in a A-go-go bar but everything leading up to it in the privacy of a hotel room.

I guess the cops and military boys are disappointed they didn't see anysex being paid for as well as the readers here.
