They are the closest to me that offer direct payment to my insurance provider, IMG.  I dont need them now, but just planning ahead.  The other choices would be Bumrungrad or Bangkok Hospital, Huay Kwang...Anyone have any experiences there, specifically ER care?

Good hospital. 

(They even have an American doctor)

It is rare that a patient has to be transferred from Adventist Hospital to one of the others.

There may be unusual circumstances in which Bumrungrad (or Bangkok Hospital) may be preferable,  but in an emergency it is usually advisable to go to the nearest place anyway.

For elective procedures you can always shop around.
