TunnelBear - Anyone here use it ?

Featured Replies

Use it to connect to some region blocked content in Aus but it no longer connects....have uninstalled and re-installed but nada.

Anyone have the same issue ?

is that free ?

Used the paid version for a while but then it didn't work with the BBC iPlayer any more so I didn't renew my subscription.  Now use NORDVPN with no problems.

nordvpn is also what I use. haven't had any issues with it and they often have sales if you want to buy it long term

I have Tunnel Bear (free) on all my devices (phone, lap top, pad) and use it to connect to those sites geo blocked

Have had no problems connecting from any of them lately so I cannot confirm OP's connection issues

Two of my accounts give me 500 MB free per month and the other gives me 1,500 MB , so switching between them conserves what little data I need every month

You get one account per email address, which is how I have three accounts

I'm on 3BB.... just tried again using my phone as a hotspot (AIS) and it wont connect through that either.

I've used PURE VPN (paid) for 2 years and no problems.  They do have servers in Australia.  I seem to remember reading PURE VPN had the most extensive worldwide server network.

I bought a 5 year package and it costs me about US$12/year.

My only complaint was their initial sign up, log-in procedure was a royal PIA.
