If you purchase a Thailand Elite visa which includes airport transfers (car rides to the airport) Does that include rides for both arrival and departure within the permitted distance or is it arrival only?

For example say I live in Bangkok and take a round trip flight to Singapore. Would they pick me up at my apartment drop me off at the airport and upon my return pick me up at the airport and return me to my apartment?

We need a Thailand Elite member to confirm this, but my recollection is that (at least in the past) the limo was in both directions. Arrival, I think, is more important, as it ensures speedy passage through immigration.

This seems 100% clear: Note that it states round trip

They do use the words round trip if you click on the Fact sheet in the link above. I would hope for the cost of the Ultimate Privilege visa they would take you both ways but I will email them on Tuesday to find out for sure since Monday is a Thai holiday.

I also see the words 'round trip' included in the Fact Sheet links for the other Elite visa tiers that include transit services. ie. Family Premium https://www.thailandelite.com/at-your-service/card/elite-family-premium-membership?locate=en&popup=false

What site states that.

On the official site it states this for the most exclusive visa.

Go to the bottom of the page https://www.thailandelite.com/at-your-service/card/elite-easy-access-membership?locate=en&popup=false (about Easy Access visa)) and click on the Fact Sheet.

I agree that the information seems a bit contradictory.

Depends which package you go for e.g. the 1 Million for 20 year package does not include any transport, the 500K for 5 years only includes 24 trips (i.e. 12 round trips) per calendar year.

I did the SIN-BKK route 20 times a year for the past few years & was tempted by the Thai Elite visa for the Fast Track service alone (not too bothered about airport transfers) but ended up getting 1 year in/out Fast Track with TLM for 20k per year (recently renewed) and it's been worth every satang... NB it's only valid at Suvarnabhumi (BKK) but I don't believe Thai Elite has Fast Track at Don Muang either.

Both ways from the moment your elite membership(incl. transfers) starts also before you get your affix of your visa in your pp.

HKT also has elite fast track.

Thank you.

Yep, round trip.

Limited to 24 free trips per calendar year - which i suppose is 12 round trips.

If live in Bangkok they use the top of line BMW.

It also says from airport to residence or hotel so not really clear.

Just a heads up that the golfcart/buggy service is currently suspended at Suvarnabhumi whilst the Coronoavirus measures are in place.
I arrived the other day having booked Elite and whilst the Lady in Gold was there as usual to greet me, alas her gold golf cart was nowhere to be seen and replaced with a porter to carry my luggage instead ????  Not sure whether I could have gotten a piggy back ride from him...:-)

There are multiple temperature cameras set up along the way to immigration and so all buggies and golf carts are suspended at this time.

My understanding of 'round trip from airport to hotel or residence' is that it applies in both directions. Indeed, I do not know what other meaning 'round trip' could have. The only way I can see where you would not be entitled to the limo service is if this is a misprint in the fact sheet, but surely it would have been corrected long ago if that were the case.
