Obviously, if you are the owner of a condo, you don't need any approval from another Thai person but not everyone wants to stay in a condo.

I got my yellow book as soon as i got my non immi o visa. They will not allow yellow book on a tourist or other temporary visa. Besides that there was no other criteria as far as i can remem

Absolutely disagree.  The Pink Card ???? is w/out a doubt the most useful ID the Farang can have. Discounts at public and private venues. Banking activities with ease.  Use mine all the time

Right you don’t need another but you still need the initial one, not just to initial, they have to sign completely.
