BREAKING NEWS Thailand delays some requirements of new cannabis rules
just try and imagine how many growers have pounds and pounds of pot already grown and ready for sale...then imagine the govt actually does restrict sales, close most shops, and cause drastic drop in demand. There are many Thais who over the past couple of years have invested in and learned how to grow good weed. Will they all say oh never mind I will destroy all my equiptement and turn in all my existing supply to the cops? I don' t think so. Pot does not have an infinite shelf life so what will the growers do with all the excess product? Hmmmm...my bet is it will go out into the black market and prices will plummet and put most of the "legit" shops out of biz. Who will go to a legit shop and pay prices way higher than they can buy on the street? Like weed it does get a little sticky and bit more complicated to put genie back into the bottle. -

Report Rising Pedestrian Deaths Highlight Urgent Need for Enhanced Safety Measures
please is it so complicated ? As long as they do not enforce the laws these problems will remain.. But let us be honest , they simply don't want. The lazy underpaid RTP will not do any effort unless paid correctly. They (the authorities) can blabla as much as they like nothing will ever change under this constellation. So the system remain, the bigger you are the bigger priority you get. Yes TIT is a third world country -

They did give it to Yasser Arafat, even though he rejected a peace agreement, didn't they? -

Report Thai Student's Attack in NY Highlights Safety Concerns
And how does an opinion piece written in 2010 in respect to San Francisco, apply to NYC in 2025? I could cite an article from the 1950's citing the high incidence of lynchings in some US counties. I don't think the situation is applicable to the current situation.
