OMG

read the lists and try and make sense of it

every one of the items should have a full explanation attached - I need a good laugh

Great weather, calm sea, plenty of free time - beaches closed and no swimming.

Thank you, Government

Most of the list doesn't make much sense, but here are a few that really don't make sense. Someone needs to have their head checked.

OPEN:

Boxing gyms and training centres including Muay Thai camps

CLOSED:

Martial arts training schools for Wu-Su, Karate, Taekwondo, Judo, Aikido

OPEN:

Lakes, water activities allowed

CLOSED:

Beaches

Braindead.

When finally will this governor be swapped as announced long ago?

Tiny numbers of tourists here, wide open social distancing easily achieved ... still no beach access allowed ... BS

OPEN: Hotel meeting and convention centres - no more than 200 people at any one event

CLOSED: Activities that create large gatherings of people such a parties and celebrations

12 years here and over that time Ive been  continually told how important "face" is.

Well , when one makes his idiocy public, and his edicts are ignored  , is that not a massive loss of "face" ??

They're still not issuing driving/riding licenses or replacing lost cards.

A new name circulated a while ago.

Don't ask me whether he will be better.

Just seen that the announced order out (April 15) will not take place before October.

I feel sorry for Phuket. One of the most plagued regions in Thailand.

Agree Phuket is a cash cow that seems to be controlled by greedy crooks. As is the whole county.
