  • Just shows Trumps true collars he can't accept defeat has to make up false claims. Good thing US judges are not afraid of him anymore as he is about to lose.    I can only hope he gets a lot

  • When Trump loses this election, he and his army of lawyers will be engaged in what's called "throwing feces at the wall and seeing what sticks."  And believe me, they have a lot of feces.

  • A disgusting winner & an appalling loser.   American democracy will win but severely damaged by Trump and his mindless legions.

Should any of Trumps frivolous law suits get to the Supreme Court I hope the Trump appointed Judges make a  ruling based on law not on their political bias. Already we have seen Cavanaugh make a statement in support of Trump a very disturbing case. The Judges must remember they can be impeached. Remember Madam Justice is BLIND

Georgia secretary of state: There will be a recount

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger announced that with the expectation that the final margin will be within a few thousand votes, the state will hold a recount. Biden took a slim lead early Friday morning for the state's 16 electoral votes.

I don't see why there should not be a recount. I would not worry too much about something like that it will only give more legitimacy to the state. I doubt they made many mistakes so the numbers will probably stay the same.

Probably not treason, a preemptive pardon would do wonders for federal issues.

Is a preemptive pardon possible , has it ever been done ?

Mike, you wonder what these people are thinking when they throw their weight behind a man who is a compulsive liar lacking any sort of integrity. Surely, losing is better than trying to live with all the deceit necessary to back Trump. At sometime in your life you gotta say: “I am better than this” and walk away believing morality is higher than loyalty

I’ve often wondered why rational pragmatic men Linsey graham comes to mind would be up on trumps leg like a amorous an puppy dog sometimes I think just maybe there is some foreign (compromat) involved that also another reason trump behaved the same way towards Putin as far as funding trumps lawsuits I hope they are getting paid up front lol

It's not a question of whether it should be or not. A recount is mandatory if the final margin is within half a percentage point.

Trump is entitled to have recounts on states that are close. He has no entitlement to inflame supporters, resulting in them turning up at voting centres toting firearms. That's tyranny, not democracy. Although the deluded idiots doing that think they are protecting freedom.

He was egregiously graceless in victory, it will be even uglier in defeat.

Would not surprise if he has to be forcibly removed from the White House.

It is the highest honor in the country to decide upon whether a president's temper tantrum is warranted or not.

What they need to do is revote, and run polls the previous months before the election stating "Trump has a double digit lead".

We'd see how the results would obviously change and why those obviously biased, fake and perhaps criminal polling organizations have been either incompetent or complicit.

Yes, such as when Ford pardoned Nixon.

Or when george h.w. bush pardoned his probable co-conspirators in the iran contra scandal

Yes, good points. Anything for a buck? Protection of the status quo? Who knows. Very hard to get into the mind of a die hard Trump devotee. One conservative friend says Trump already lost, fair and square. And the other? He sent me this message this morning. And he is a sharp guy.

Dear Donks -

The burden of proof is on you to prove you aren't stealing this election. Everything you've done so far are the actions of the guilty. Don't feel safe because you think you'll win in a court of law. You have to win in the court of public opinion. And right now, there are 70 million Americans who KNOW you're stealing.

Good luck trying to govern against that.

Let's amend the U.S. Constitution this weekend.

What they need to do is threaten to close the Mississippi and bombard Fort Sumter...oh wait they have already tried that...

I have difficulty reading any sense into your post. It's a bit like saying if my auntie had balls, she'd be my uncle.
