Yet, everything they do is destroying the dreams, hopes, aspirations, careers, and future of the nation. They are the most regressive force possible. What sacrifices are these cowards willing to make for their people? None. It is all about the guys at the top, and the protection of the ivory tower and fortunes that are being made by the 00.2%. I suspect the future is not going to be kind to these guys. May the youth prevail!

Spin the wheel of candidates that this government disqualified and threw out.   Top one I could think of would be Thanathorn, but then is a businessman needed to steer this ship.  Well I think so, an it should not be a bunch of generals who are always on the attack.

Should be a relatively easy walk in the park, because he is neither exceptionally great, nor very good, nor particularly honest.

 

Let's be frank, even his songs and poems are mediocre at best, awful at worst.

 

The only hurdle I see is that we lack politicians who are great, good or honest, let alone all three attributes at the same time.

IMO - Those people will emerge if the army and other institutions stay out of politics, and if people are permitted to have freedom to question the status quo without fear of being imprisoned (or worse).

It may take more than one generation to achieve those changes, but the current youth of Thailand seems to be making strides in the right direction.

You cannot get more dishonest than him so that won’t be an issue with whoever succeeds him let’s hope it’s sooner rather than later but to be honest I cannot see that happening the guy is power crazy
