Young nurse arrested for murder of old lover she claimed died from Viagra in hotel sex

Police in Bangkok have finally caught up with a nurse and served her with a warrant for not appearing in court.

 

Kanokrach Suanfoo, 33, should have appeared in court to face charges of killing a man, theft, conspiracy, and moving and concealing a corpse. A warrant was issued in 2017 after she failed to show up.

 

In 2015 while she was employed to look after the aged she was arrested on suspicion of killing 61 year old Sommas, a law advisor to a ramkhamhaeng fim. 

 

She is said to have dumped his dead body in undergrowth by the side of the road in Chachoengsao, stolen his Camry and fled. 

 

She denied all this saying she had a romantic relationship with Sommas and was his "gik" as he was married.

 

She said at the time that she met him for sex at a hotel in Minburi but claimed that he developed tightness in the chest after taking Viagra and subsequently died. 

 

In a panic she claimed she took him to Chachoengsao and dumped his body. Police did not believe her and prosecuted.

 

She was granted bail by the court and fled. 

 

She even falsified her own death certificate to try and put police off her trail but she was traced to a hospital in the Nawamin area of the capital and arrested yesterday. 

 

She is still denying everything; now she says that she did not flee the court and that someone else falsified her death.

 

She is now in custody.

The translation of this story left out a bit of critical information.

 

When she dumped his body she also set it on fire. Police are claiming this was to conceal the cause of death.

One might assume that the last explanation also is to be seen as a lie. ????

What a truly pathetic legal system in this country, a potential psychopathic murderer on the loose for 5 years...

This is the problem imo, why oh why people are allowed bail when facing serious charges beggars belief.

Because we can when we see an issue that needs to be expanded upon, much like those here still bash us for what our home countries are doing.  It is called an internet forum where users express their opinions and views, much like you do as well.

I remember years ago hearing that if you tied a watch with luminous numbers and hands on it to your member the radio activity would kill sperm but if you left it attatched you could be clocking in and out all night.

I wouldn't consider 33 'a young nurse'.

EDIT: OK, Frits got there first.

EDIT 2: happened in 2015, so she was a young nurse at the time.

happened in 2015 when she was 25 years old.

She may have been young and slim 8 years back, at today's weight, I wouldn't hire her.

Of course, I have observed it with my own two eyes.  Food for Thai women is where they socialize and many conversations they have surround the types of food they want to eat or are eating.

A murder case and out on bail... You must be very confident that you are not guilty that you wouldn't try to flee. But wait a minute - she did. So why did she get out on bail? One more question in this case... 

Never thought to ask.  Does Thailand allow Bail Bondsmen to hire Bounty Hunters.  Maybe it is a job a foreigner could do, but then what would the police do, oh yeah, nothing that's why people run as they have no fear of being caught anytime soon.
