March 11, 20215 yr I live just off the Hang Dong -Sanpatong bypass road between Hang Dong and Sanpatong. My car needs a roadworthiness test prior to relicencing. Where would be the nearest testing garage. I do not want to drive too far until I have the car legal.

March 12, 20215 yr One is next to Hang Dong post office, but there are probably even shops closer to you. As the previous poster said already, they are everywhere, just look for the sign.
March 12, 20215 yr I think the one by the HDPO would be about the closest.....There might be one in SPT - but a lot of stuff there is inconveniently tucked away on a side street.....
