Hey - it's already happened!  While the 'West' has been busy with people's democratic rights to protest, carry lethal weapons etc, China has quietly assumed the position of world leader.  China doesn't play by the rules, and that's why they are #1 in the world.  If the US wants to regain that position, it also needs to start fighting dirty.

He needs to be much, much stronger than this. This isn't about economic competition. It's about realizing that a shooting war is is just below the horizon. The Chinese are encroaching on the Philippines, on Vietnamese territorial waters, right now. They will attack Taiwan soon. It is going to happen. The worst thing any American administration can do is be ambiguous about what their response will be. It needs to be clear. It's not about competition, it's about preparing for war. Will the US support Taiwan or backdown. The American Suez moment could well be about to happen.

Well yes and no. But the USA will soon bring open info to the public about UFO's, and then maybe it is all about who are the friends with the aliens who will win. There is more to it than just China trying to take over the world and the USA may be in a sweet spot when allowed to move more open and freely. Well, could be?

I think Biden is doing alot better than many expected. And he has put together an administration loaded with talent, and experience, in great contrast to the last group of neophytes. And I would also guess many of the people who screamed about the "communists and socialists" on the left, are left surprised at how tough he has been on China so far, without the "bull in a China closet" sledgehammer approach to diplomacy of his predecessor. 

 

Competence, dignity, grace, calm, compassion, graciousness, experience, intelligence and statesmanship are very refreshing things to witness in a world leader.
