The government and the Centre for Covid-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) are encouraging foreigners living in Thailand to seek the opportunity to register for the kingdom’s vaccine programme despite ongoing confusion and a lack of information being encountered by many expats even this week.

I have mixed feelings about this "encouragement."

Yes but now it is a no go...all still closed for another 14 days.  Twists, turns, U-turns, ups, downs forward, backwards, and moving anyway but what is actually originally stated by someone.  Same as the vaccine debacle.
