But what he has to say is nonetheless damning, bluntness aside: "I have to be decisive and may show no mercy under such circumstances, which is akin to a public disaster.” He also threatened to take legal action against those who dump the sick patients at his general and field hospitals, adding “do not try me during this public disaster. I am reasonable for managing the public disaster. There are losses in a public disaster, like losses in a war. This must be acceptable. We cannot save every life, but we must try our best with reason,” he said." You don't usually hear hospital directors saying -- "There are losses in a public disaster, like losses in a war. This must be acceptable." Hmm.... an Army general calling the current situation "a public disaster"???? In fact he seems to have repeated that phrase FOUR different times in the space of two paragraphs of comments. I think Prayut is gonna revoke his airborne paratrooper medal!!! Pre registration usually leads to crashed web sites as they fail to meet demand, and a bunch of people being given “appointments” at the same time, which still leads to queueing. clearly the issue is about capacity not meeting demand and all they will achieve with this is to provide a service to fewer people. But the demand is still out there.

The Cipher
Quote Unfortunately they may be part of the crowd that wants everything opened up and do not want to have their lives impeded by restrictions. Selfish people of which we do hear from daily. Are they the selfish ones though? How many people are advocating for lockdowns out of fear for themselves? Especially those who consider themselves the most vulnerable and for whom the lockdowns have the least impact on quality of life? It is incredibly frustrating to feel chained by these lockdowns (that I have been complying with despite my disagreement), only to see the folks in the vulnerable category say things like "I don't think there's much of a lockdown going on. I haven't noticed much difference day-to-day." Like, this is what I'm sacrificing to preserve? Lives of such dynamism and quality that even under the strictest lockdowns I have ever experienced they barely notice the difference? And those are the people most vocal that everyone else should sacrifice for their own safety? If that's not selfish then I dk. 2 1

But Sinovac is still under review. Not supported by WHO. Not acceptable to many countries as being counted as vaccinated. No real testing has been done regarding Sinovac followed by AZ despite that wishy washy report today. Not supposed to be gioven to over 60s. Need I go on.
