Sometimes when I’m bored I send a text to a random number saying, “ok they’re dead, what do I do with the body?”

  • Have flowers delivered to the husband of the couple next door, with a note saying "I miss you, Love, Tiffany" then sit out on the back deck, pop open a beer and listen to the fun as his wife reacts...

Now that my wife and I have both turned 90, she has suggested I should “act my age” and modify our sexual activity to a maximum of three times per week. I’m not happy about it. Is she right?

They are simply out of options after their life didn´t turn out as expected.

Did anyone's life turn out as they expected?

I certainly never expected, at age 65, to be living in the tropics with a much younger woman, choice of female sexual playmates, and a 10 year old son.

....... and FYI I'm bored in this overheated 3rd world cesspit from the minute I get up too the minute I go to bed. But I'll await your further advice on that issue old fellow.

Just finished a bacon sandwich and cup of tea.

Just thinking of going for a short 10Km cycle around the moobaan before it gets hot.

Fridge full of wine coolers.

Too many choices, too little time.

Exactly? No, probably not as it´s hard to foresee every aspect of moving to another country. However, in my case I have nothing to complain about. I have built a business and never thrown out my money and expected eternal love. Today I am married and we have two beautiful daughters. It´s like life before, you could say. After a while you get used to the place and everyday just become a normal procedure.

The best thing for me is that I actually have an as loving family you can have here, and that I can go up and suddenly make something funny for a day, weekend or week. Of course, under normal circumstances without Covid-19 or any other virus flying around. I understand that the situation at the moment can affect people negative, but there is no reason to call it a third world cesspit, hate life in the place every minute of the day. Then a person clearly have to do something about his/her situation.

But, that must be a positive thing, right? ????

So just sitting in the house all day, again (except maybe for a short bike ride) just boozing and stuffing your face to cheer yourself up.  Thanks for the clarification.

When was the last time you had a great day out? Can you remember that far back?

By the way, are you a lycra type of 'guy' ????

I don't get bored often, but when I do, I go outside via the back door and walk to the front door, I knock then run inside and ask, who's there ?

I am as usual in the middle of reading about 10 different books. When I get bored with one or too tired to concentrate on the argument I turn to another ...

B/f spends every day at the family farm (where we are building our 3rd house for the family). So that leaves me with peace 'n quiet, which I love, to do a few house chores & then settle down with the books. Every day. No complaints. If I get really bored I have a snooze.

I try not to be bored and try to stay busy.  My partner and I are renovating a house and we are at the moving-in stage.  First house we have ever owned after always living in condos.  I suspect a house will keep us busy--with breaks to enjoy the pool, gym equipment, and ping pong.  Next up is buying bicycles to enjoy the bike path near our house.

I like reading suspense and mystery novels and discovering interesting international tv shows on Netflix entertains me in the evening.  (Recently liked 'Lupin', 'Are You Human?', 'Call My Agent', 'It's Okay to Not be Okay', 'The Empress Ki', 'Queen of the South', and 'Wanted', among other Netflix offerings.)
