Dog boarding

Featured Replies

There used to be a nice farang lady just outside CM, maybe ten years ago, who boarded dogs and took wonderful care of them.

Anybody have her contact info?

Ms. Nienke,

Tel.: 089 997 8146

Yep, remember the name. My 110 pound manly rotty was terrified of thunder and while I was away, poor Nienke had to sit in the run with him and hug him. Good lady.

I'm flying back in next month and actually will be living south, but hope she might have a reference of someone I could use. Won't put my new pup through the torture of "vet boarding" where they stay in a cage the entire time.

Thanks!

Lucky Dogs still remain the best place in CM…

need google map to find it…

.

Yep, except I'm flying into BKK and I live in Trat.

I emailed Nienke to see if she could refer me to someone.

To the best of my knowledge Lucky Dogs went out of business late last year or early this year. Ms. Nienke returned to Europe after many years. As I understand it, the last days were very difficult ones for her.

Pawtel in Mae Rim is another option…google it to find location but not difficult to find…

facilities are nice though prices are higher than Lucky Dogs….

if she doesn't reply do search on googlemaps for the nearest ones. Check their opinions, ratings, social media posts, their websites and fanpages.

new places are being opened of which she doesn't know.

you can also ask on sub-forum eastern thailand. Also subforum animals and plants.

There is also a chance, that you will find fellow forum member, willing to help with boarding at their place.

Might work out cheaper, than professional boarding.

There are people running small rescue centres, they might help through their network, to make income for their projects. You can be generous with them, as they are dog lovers
