Not joking. 

Those are three ways I know to stay in Thailand:

- working (native language teacher, dive monitor,...)

- retiring (plenty of retired in Thailand and in this forum) and

- working online. Actually I'm working online right now. But also YouTubers, traders, sellers, writers, free lance journalists...
