They are forgetting that covid has had devastating results in every country with people losing jobs and a lot less to spend so by making it even more expensive to come here I think people will opt for cheaper places to holiday. Only need EU vaccine passports and a health declaration filled out by me. Covid risk class Brazil = 3, Thailand = 4.
