So all the "thinking" heads of the powers that be can't come with a suitable terms to describe a quarantined cattle but to use the worn out term of Sandbox, how about animal-box or cattle box huh? good names no?...

"Sandboxes for livestock" = Additional costs and regulations for farmers; additional cost for consumers.

"Sustainable" = More wealth for the wealthy; more austerity for the commoners.

Tell me truthfully has it been profitable after you take away all of the startup costs needed to vaccinate and test and put things in place.
