It's two months before, then 3 months after. 

Renewal is no different to the first application.

Friend of mine, living in Pattaya, just made his 10th renewal last week. 20k, including the 90 days madness.

Did you read the OP.

Asked NOTHING about options or agent.

Simple question ....how long funds in bank.

Simple answer .....2 months.

You use an agent, congratulations, many do and happy with that option.

I could be wrong but I don't think that person is an actual lawyer. but I'll find out soon enough ????

afaik 12.5k is for extensions only. the 20k is for conversion to non-O (90 days) and first extension after that.

 

that's what's been said in other threads. they also mention that the agent is located in Soi Post Office in Patts.
