Contractor busted with 110 marijuana plants - he was making 10K a day to "supplement his income"

Naew Na reported on the arrest of a building contractor who was selling marijuana and plants online.

 

Police picked up Wuthiphol, 33, at the Bond Street convenience store in Muang Thong Thani in Nonthaburi.

 

At his house in the Look Golf Premium housing estate nearby they found 4 grams of dry ganja and 110 plants of foreign varieties. 

 

He used Twitter and Line accounts under the name "Original Grower Land" to sell his wares. 

 

He said that he made up to 10,000 baht a day and this was supplementing his income. 

 

He was charged in dealing in a class 5 narcotic.

No property taxes. I love it, real ownership of property for my family.

Territorial Taxation System. I love it even more, every foreign income not transferred to Thailand completely tax-free.

 

And even many Thais that I know that would need to pay Income Tax, they simply don't do and nothing ever happens.

 

 

So from my POV, regarding to the taxation thing Thailand is still the LandOfTheFree ????
