No need to celebrate just yet, Mr. Prayuth. You still have a long way to go. After all....

- Turkmenistan's president Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has been that country's "favorite" for a consecutive 2 DECADES, and

- North Korea's Kim Jong-un is revered and worshipped like a god.

No doubt the respondents of the so called 'poll' were relative's or had been given 500 baht each to cast their opinion...

What a complete load of ball locks.

Oh some are so cynical ????????

In the same poll the Thai public selected leprosy as their favourite disease.

And 7/11 as their favorite dining spot. And North Korea as their nunber one spot for a vacation. Total BS. If it smells like bad fish, don't swallow it.

250 handpicked Senators were  asked their opinion, surprisingly, each and everyone     voted for   the guy with the long nose ( while  looking over their shoulder  to  make sure it was safe).

I do believe that the results of the question put to an undisclosed number of people selected in anticipation of a dictated response is genuine in the context and methodology of the question as put .

That makes sense. Poll southern Thais born before 1970 and you will suddenly find he is quite popular.

There will be a lot of Expats still in shock or awe after reading about how popular the Prime Minister is

But then again it's the Thai people who vote and count in these surveys

Their choice

He will vote himself back into power
