January 4, 20224 yr the people that pays and pave the way for Moderna six month ago for it to happen, now there are plentiful of Moderna in the country, government have to put their hand on the vaccine first before they distribute to private hospital and pay customer, and ofcourse they also hold stock pile of the vaccine themselves.
