RT.com problem on Chrome?

Normally I am using Chrome for browsing but I noticed that since a week or so the RT extension 

no more updates and when I want to go to rt.com it cannot reach the site.

 

Using a VPN then it works.

 

Not using a VPN but using MsEdge as browser it also works!

 

Any explanation?

Cleared Browser data and cookies and update Chrome => It works now again.
