Banglamung – A Chinese man and a Thai woman have been arrested at a crocodile farm in Banglamung, resulting in more than 50 crocodiles being seized for allegedly not having proper licenses for the reptiles.

Yesterday, (February 18th), a team from the Nongprue Police, Immigration Police, and officers from the Thai Fisheries Department inspected a crocodile farm in the Nong Plalai sub-district.

But here I was thinking that Crocodile was the NEW Pork........silly old me......

The legal crocodile farm has landed a good catch .

They weren't kept as pets that for sure, most likely destined to be restaurant's meat, how these burks thought that they can keep an illegal farm right under the noses of the police that is hard to comprehend...

By the tail.  Where do you keep them; soi 9 is full of lazy cops to store there.  Maybe they could be used as a solution to Pattaya's Plague of Dogs and released on the streets?

From the provided pictures the living conditions of the crocodiles on this farm are better than some other Thai crocodile farms I have visited.

Maybe the officials should start closing these farms first....
